We take care of every detail from updating addresses, coordinating mailings, working with the hotel/facility, to staffing and managing the actual reunion. Even better, if we are hired to plan your reunion, there will be no up front costs to your reunion committee.

Starr will be responsible for all coordination with vendors with input from your committee. We take our role as consultants for your committee seriously, offering advice gained from experience to help you plan the reunion you want.

Starr negotiates with all vendors, collects all monies and makes all payment arrangements. Your committee will make the ultimate decision regarding location of your events based on the prices that we quote for each facility.
